The horizontal electronic SQUALO Flowpacker is one of the most powerful flow pack machines available.

A fully automatic machine designed for high performance. Equipped with a multifunctional Touch Screen, it can pack any kind of solid, food and non-food product, reaching a maximum speed of 150 cycles / min.

It is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and aluminium and has rounded corners to prevent product build-ups and allow easier machine cleaning. It is suitable for use in many sectors such as fruits & vegetable.

Thanks to its high versatility, flexibility and reliability, it can pack any type of solid product, whether food or not and reaches a max speed of 150 cycles/min.

Extremely modular

Squalo is extremely modular and may be customized by means of a two-volume structure that permits to separate the mechanical-electrical area from the work control area by installing overhanging units. Two brushless motors and the Touch Screen panel guide the operator throughout the main operations that entail preparing and storing data, to operate the machine.

  • SQUALO carries two film rollers. They semi-automatic change from film group within seconds
  • SQUALO does it all with a bag length of minimal 50 mm up to 500 mm. You can pack products from 70 up to 300 mm at high speed
  • Special buffering belt with modular rollers chain
  • Automatic synchronizing unit to optimize the product flow (optional)
