Thanks to the electronics which controls the entire cycle and to several accessories which can be added to the standard version, GREEN is a flexible machine suitable to achieve remarkable performances in the fruit and vegetables sector.

Perfect consistent seal

The packaging material is placed in the upper structure of the machine. By means of three pairs of rollers, one for pulling, one for lengthwise sealing and one for fin fold, the machine delivers a perfectly sealed and consistent bag.The upper crosswise jaw with its rotary operation allows constant fluid movements of the products to be flow-wrapped, therefore permitting automatic feeding.

Pillow Pack

Green delivers a horizontal pillow pack made of recyclable and compostable flexible films, paper, paper and mesh (paper or textile), in a reel at the top of the machine.
Versatile, efficient and immediate, it is equipped with various accessories that make it particularly flexible; the latest mechanical and electrical upgrades improve its robustness and functionality, while maintaining its excellent value for money.
The rotary motion of the crosswise sealing jaws and the automatic feeding system ensure smoothness and fluidity of the products to be packed. Finally, thanks to an innovative colour operator panel with a simple, state-of-the-art user interface, operators have easy access to documentation and a wealth of information crucial for optimising the production process. Green can be connected to the company's MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for in-depth process monitoring and can be accessed 'remotely' for diagnostics and service. The structure is made of painted steel and aluminium; the parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel.
